I always have a great experience. The space is clean, relaxing and well priced. Each technician does well. I get the honeymoon and gel mani every two weeks. I love it!

Overall

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I got a pedicure and a full set. This was a walk in appointment but they said they had time and asked me to pick a color. I then sat in the pedicure chair and the pedicure was fine. I went with my mom and they took twice as long on her as me since I asked for a full set too. Although they were a little pushy about me not going for the more expensive kind of pedicure, the guy who did them was nice (I did not get his name). Then, before my pedicure had finished they began doing the filing for my acrylics. Eric, made fun of my fingers saying they were really wide. At this point I was still enjoying myself and did not have a problem. Once I sat in Eric’s chair to begin my fingernails, he suggested I do a different kind of full set. He said this was stronger so I agreed. He then put a base coat on one finger and told me it would cost an extra $20 on top of the extra $15 I was already paying for gel. This would bring my total to $80. I asked him then if they had another option since I thought this was very expensive. He then became exasperated saying he had already started. I commented that he had only done a base coat on one finger and that I was sorry but it was too expensive for me. At that point the volume of our conversation had risen and the woman at the counter who must have been a supervisor came over to us. I explained to her that I changed my mind and he became upset with me. Then another gentleman sat at the table next to us the remainder of my visit. I assumed supervising Eric. He did my acrylics VERY quickly. Flicking powder on very carelessly and make me considerably uncomfortable since I would be paying quite a bit for these. They were very thin and uneven. Then the next day one flew off my hand when I tried to open the fridge. Now even a few are lifting. It has been 3 days. How embarrassing! I wouldn’t even go back to this place to fix the nails I have attached to me right now. I will never go back here.
