KNI Landscaping and Fencing

Howard and his group did a landscape project for us a few months ago and it came out great. I wanted to wait because they installed sod and plants and I wanted to make sure that they were installed correctly. Needless to say here we are in January 20 and the plants are holding up very well. The trees and grass is dormant of course but nothing seems to be dead. I’m very happy with the job. As a builder it’s hard to find good contractors but Howard is a stand up guy. Great pricing and they did it right the first time.

Great overall experience for my wife and I. Hired KNI to do a custom Cedar fence. Price was reasonable and the quality was above our expectations. We didn't realize it until they started but we noticed they use screws instead of nails so that gave us more satisfaction knowing the pickets won't be separating anytime soon.

I will say that we did read over about half the reviews before hiring and were a little hesitant at first but Howard seemed to have a lot of knowledge and is fast to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend this team with no reservations. Can't wait to have them back to install our grass next spring.

This is a small family business that knows what they do. They were efficient and did an absolute great work on my fence that was replaced and stained at my property in Southlake. I strongly recommend this company. They offered me the lowest price among the competition and did a professional work.

KNI is so awesome. We had several broken sprinkler heads when they arrived. The tested the system gave us a report on what needed to be corrected and went to work. I am so thankful. I can't wait to see my next water bill.

I called KNI Landscaping to request an emergency next-day job (family coming into town for Thanksgiving and I had completely forgotten about the yard). Howard showed up bright and early the day before Thanksgiving to accommodate me. Not only that, but his prices were reasonable and the quality of work was impeccable. Highly recommended.

Howard Young is professional and friendly. He is very knowledgable with landscaping. Excellent work. His prices are reasonable. I would recommend him over other landscaping services.
