North Smithfield Urgent Care

If there was a 0 star rating thats what i would give. I was there on 1/19/2016 around 1:00Pm and the lady that was working was very rude and unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes for something that i told her in the very beginning. I dont know about you but when i dont feel good i would expect some level of respect and urgency to fix the problem

I visited N. Smithfield Urgent care on several ocasions (My job uses them as their urgent care incase of any accidents, physicals, etc) Everytime I had a different doctor, each of them we're very unprofessional. Same expression of "not caring" from every one of them. Most recently I came to their office after being invloved in a bad car accident. I was perscribed medications, a week later I returned explaining to them that I still had the same pain but had ran out of the medication and was hoping to get a refill. She rudely and abruptly said "I'll tell u right now i am not going to fill your perscription." when i asked her why she told me she "did not feel comfortable" and "don't want to ruin my reputation" ? I was shocked to say the least . she gave me crutches , after going back and forth trying to convince her of my pain, then sent me on my way. I will never go back.

I was seen at this facility on 02/14/12. I had been ill for 4 days and was very dehydrated. I found the staff to be very caring and extremely profession from the moment I entered the building. While getting IV fluids I was continually checked on. Upon discharge the doctor explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with my visit. The urgent care had a warm, soothing reception area, the staff iwas extremely professional and caring. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to the North Smithfield Urgent Care.
