Carousel Park Apts

Absolute worst place I have ever lived. Been here 5 months and I cant wait to move. The complex staff changed my lease dates and never even told me. So illegal. Maintenance issues are abundant and if the are handled it takes multiple visits and they leave a mess for you to clean up. Building isn't at all secure either. Has issues with drug use and dealing. Have had issues with a homeless drug addict living in the stairwell too.

all these folks care about is the money, they wont maintain property and they will do they're best to compromise your deposit.

Me and my fiance are disabled, and were living in horrible conditions, and found these apartments(CAROUSEL PARK APARTMENTS) And spoke to a Lady named Chris by the way WHO helped us alot before she met us in person. Once we came to the interview she looked kind of caught off gaurd, I guess she was expecting two white girls. We signed a hell of alot of paper work and seen the apartment which by the way were tiny as a sardine can. Chris was very unprofessional because we asked quite a few times was our social security card, birth certificate and award letter all we needed to bring and she said yes, so we get there and she wants the past 5 years of landlords and their address and or phone number so of course we didnt know that by heart so she said just Call Monday with the info, so we did and floor the actual property manager answered so we asked to speak to Chris and she said she is out sick, so by her Being the property manager WHO comes out anyway to inspect where applicants live before moving in carousel we asked if she could take our info since she is the One to Call and offer an apartment to an applicant she said no, theres Nothing I can do because Chris is the one who helped yall and makes the decision. So we called the following Day and was told once again that Chris was sick and to Call the next Day, we did but realized their closed on wednesdays so someone is clearly lying and unprofessional. So we didnt bother calling Thursday and neither did Chris nor did she Call friday and we clearly from time of application clear up to our interview told Chris that we needed to be out October 1st and she has not made no Type of attempt to Call us since she met us last week friday 09/20/2013, but before she met us she was timely with everything, but THANK GOD FOR JOHN IN LOCKPORT FOR OFFERING US A BIGGER BETTER APARTMENT WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDED HE IS VERY NICE AND NOT RACIST AND KEPT HIS WORD, I GUESS THERE ARE STILL DECENT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD, SO IF YOU ARE BLACK STEER CLEAR OF CAROUSEL PARK APARTMENTS THEY ARE UNLESS YOUR WHITE BECAUSE COME TO THINK ABOUT IT THATS ALL WE SAW WAS WHITES IN THAT BUILDING OH WELL ON TO BIG AND BETTER PLACES LITERALLY F**K CAROUSEL PARK APARTMENTS!!!
