Jimmy's atmosphere is like a real-life "Cheers" episode! The small staff of this small restaurant in an even smaller town takes you back to that era where restaurant owners knew ALL regulars by name and what their "usual" order was. Its run by a whole family husband/owner is also the main cook, wife/owner is also the bartender and has a GREAT rapport with nearly every customer that come in, and their son also works there as a busboy/dishwasher. The food actually tastes like good, old-fashioned "home cookin" and the menu has amazing variety given the small size of the restaurant. In the day and age we're currently in where quality is so often overlooked for quantity and quickness, Jimmy's is a breath of fresh air in that it provides that comfortable, homey atmosphere that just makes you want to stop going a mile a minute and actually slow down enough to actually enjoy and appreciate things we so very often take for granted.
