An MRI confirmed a severe cervical stenosis and shoulder arthritis after many years of sports injuries that left me in debilitating neck, shoulder, and arm/elbow pain. With Tom’s help, and by diligently sticking to my home rehab exercises, I’m close to pain free, still improving, and have resumed much of my active lifestyle. Other doctors recommended steroid shots and surgery that would have been costly, invasive, painful, and I believe would not have resolved the core issues long term. I have been going to various chiropractors for over 30 years. I originally started going because I was suffering from migraine headaches. The pain was debilitating and would last for 30 minutes until the pain pills kicked in. Unfortunately, they would occur at night while I was sleeping or while I was in the middle of a work day. There was no way to forecast in advance when the next headache would occur. The chiropractor I was seeing was the old fashioned Bone Cruncher. Nice guy, but he did the same adjustment every time and 2-3 days later I was back to square one. My medical doctor at the time was giving me pain killing drugs and sending me to massage therapy. The combination made it tolerable but it did not cure the problem over the long run. I was only in my early 30's at the time and I was concerned. While looking for a solution to my problem I consulted a new family physician and he suggested a NUCCA chiropractor. The NUCCA chiropractor solved my immediate problem of the migraine headaches with a couple of adjustments. Relief at last was my immediate thought on the headaches, and it was, but I also had other aches and pains that were the result of everyday life. That NUCCA practitioner was not equipped to handle that aspect and stuck to the same safe inside the box method of only adjusting the axis when giving an adjustment. As I got older I felt I needed something more. Enter Dr. Tom who I met through my son, who was going to him for rehab on his shoulder. I immediately found him to be the guy who thought outside the box using NUCCA and other healing practices to do as I call it, rearrange my body back to peak operating condition. Hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, back, spine, hips, legs, ankles, and my old nemesis the neck that caused my headaches are all worked on during an adjustment and treatment. Afterward I feel great and do not feel my age. My adjustments hold in most cases for months. I cannot adequately put into words how highly I regard Dr. Tom and his staff. I feel that because of his overall adjustment work and other healing practices, that I am a lot healthier and happier than I would be without his efforts.

I had played competitive sports for over 30 years and a few years ago it finally caught up with me. Fortunately, I found Dr. Tom Bryant. Several years ago I was awakened from my sleep with excruciating pain in my left shoulder. I had no idea what might have happened or what was causing it. Before I found Dr. Tom, I visited several different doctors looking for a solution, some chiropractors and even an orthopedic specialist. None of them were successful at eliminating the pain and by this time I had spent thousands of dollars on medicine my insurance didn't cover. To make matters worse, I was even considering major shoulder surgery that was recommended by one specialist and I already knew I did NOT want to have surgery. I became so depressed at the prospect of having surgery and I didn't know what to do. I tried changing my workout routine at the gym in hopes of shifting the pain somehow away from my shoulder but that just aggravated the situation and triggered even more pain in other areas of my body.
