Located in Northglenn, Colo., Community Christian School is a private school that serves students in prekindergarten through grade 12. The school develops students core academic competencies, such as reading and writing skills, the ability to apply mathematical concepts, a broad understanding of the sciences and an appreciation for the study of history. It offers advanced placement classes to high school students and honors classes to students in grades seven through 12. Additionally, Community Christian School offers a wide range of subjects, such as music, arts, computer technology and physical education. The school has various clubs, such as the Junior Beta, the National Honor Society and foreign language clubs. It also offers a variety of sports, such as football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, baseball, cross country and cheerleading.
