Pumpernickels Restaurant

I just left your restaurant. The food was good, the service was excellent(Kristen) but I will never return. There was a loud, boisterous gentleman at a table near us who was celebrating a golf victory and was clearly over served. He was loud, and dropped the "F" bomb more times than I can count. I was there with my 87 year old mother and was very uncomfortable. The manager visited and mingled with this table at least 3 times, apparently not addressing this crude and inappropriate behavior. I spoke with the table on my way out and although 3 of the 4 men seemed conciliatory, the man in question suggested I do something too rude to write here. We spoke with the manager on the way out who said he had no idea. RUBBISH! He was enjoying their celebration with them and although we saw other guests as well as wait staff uncomfortable, he denied knowing it was going on. We are Northport residents, have dined at your restaurant before, not only will we not return, we will spread the word to our friends in the area. They too do not want to be made uncomfortable while enjoying dinner out. I understand these guests were spending money at the bar and the bottom line is profit, however when I spoke with the manager, I was dismissed and felt as if what I had to stay didn't matter. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD EVER BE MADE TO FEEL UNIMPORTANT! There are too many places to eat in our area to choose one where I am uncomfortable and the management doesn't care.
