MY SON VOMITED THE STAFF DID NOT BOTHER TO CALLED ME INSTEAD THEY ASK MY 7 YEAR OLD SON TO CLEAN UP THE VOMIT. VERY BAD PLACE

My friends and I went to this spa (Total Woman Gym & Spa in Northridge) earlier today. We bought a special package (3 facials) for $150.00. We (me, her and her cousin) went there around 1:30. I went into the facial room at 1:40, the facialist started working on my face at 1:50. She started applying a bunch of face products onto my face. Then she started cleaning/ removing blemishes/ black spots on my face, boy I was VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, 5 minutes and she's done. (I could not believe it!!!). She only cleaned T area of my face, not so much on my forehead actually. She then applied mask on my face after she rinsed my face off..1:16 pm she walked out of the room and said that she would be back, so she's back shortly after. My mask was not even dry yet and she already rinsed my face...again I was REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED. At 2:25 my facial was done..and she walked out of the room..

I was very upset, I paid $50 for a facial, but really what i got was a face massage and nothing special about it. Good thing I didn't pay full price ($80 something i believe), it would've been a VERY VERY EXPENSIVE FACE MASSAGE.

Apparently one of my friend was not very happy either with her facial, when i walked out of the room she was already waiting for me at the reception. She told me that that she wasn't pleased at all with her facial. I tipped $10 for the lady (just because she wasn't rude), I should not have tipped her at all. I think my friend and I deserve a refund of $25 each as we only got 30 minutes facial (oops sorry face massage actually), and it's not even a good one!!!!! My friend and I believed that we didn't get what we paid for.

I left the spa with unhappy and upset feeling, and worse i didn't feel relaxed at all!! When I came home, I couldn't help but look in the mirror and I had to start cleaning/ removing the blemishes my self. I could've done it my self and save my 50 BUCKS.
