Universal Remodeling

Universal designed and contstructed remodeling for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were very professional and completed the job on time and actually a little under the bid. Would recommend Universal to my friends and fsamily

The staff that answers the phones and schedules the appointments is professional and nice, BUT the designer they sent was very condescending and vague. Far from working with us to give us a written estimate, he basically tried to upsell us on some materials they rep or carry and then crunched some number on a piece of scrap paper before throwing out a total figure. THEN a few days later, I got a call from another contruction company (that I never contacted) offering to give me an estimate for the exact work I called Universal for - I had not spoken to another contractor for this work! Avoid like the plague!
