Great business! Great people! Great doctors! These guys definitely saved my cat. They were some of the most professional and experienced people I've met, and I genuinely felt like they cared about both me and my pet's well being.

Emergency Room/Intensive Care primarily run by 6 mos graduates 8PM-8AM & weekends w/1-2 yr interns weekdays, w/o pet owner knowledge or consent. Pets decline rapidly, to the point of death, if experienced, progressive, proactive, accurate, timely diagnoses/treatment planning, medical care & medication management required. Communication/involvement w/known, knowledgeable pet owners strongly discouraged, ignored & devalued by arrogant, inexperienced staff, until pet becomes fatal. While skilled surgery can exist, pets remain@risk due to appalling lack of clinical judgement/insight/knowldge of care staff & shocking systemic issues within this 24 hour emergent/urgent care center. Dependent, ill pets do not deserve such fate. Strongly urge use of new Cornell-Stamford 24 hour Emergency/Specialty Center (exit 8) w/state of the art technology & promise of board certified staff/specialists@intake, which opened 1-14-11 (www.cuvs.org).
