Norwich Glass

The owner gave me misleading information, charge me thousands and I had to contact the manufacturer & pay additional $'s to have his mis-order corrected. He is indeed rude, egotistic and very immature. I've been told by other contractors that he keeps getting away with this because the area is so depressed that local people can't afford to get a lawyer when ripped off for thousands by Norwich Glass. It's also said it's a "good ole boy" area and most lawyers and businesses are in cahoots with one another. Warn others, stay away and take time to report this if Norwich Glass has cheated you!!!

This place absolutely awful. The owner is extremely rude. The job was not done on time or even done right! Then he tried to overcharge us! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Oh he also made some pretty nasty comments about veterans...

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner was rude and egotistical! He obviously didn't want my business by the way he treated me. I've talked with several people in the community since my negative experience and have learned that he has a reputation of being a jerk!
