The Flower Alley

I would highly recommend the Flower Alley. They were very accomodating to make sure I had the flowers I needed. Leigh Ann gave exemplary customer service & was very kind and compassionate regarding the circumstances. I will never use another florist in Michigan. By the way - to the person who complained about about substitutions - this is why you always talk to them in person or over the phone, not the internet.

If you order from the Flower Alley, DO NOT select to allow them to make substitutions to your order if you are ordering online. I did, and it was a big mistake. The arrangement I selected from their site included red roses. Instead of red roses they substituted pink roses in the arrangement they delivered. When I wrote them about this and that I was unhappy with that substitution I was told that I didn't specify in the comments box that I wanted red roses. I kinda thought that's what the picture on their website was for, but apparently they choose to send whatever they want if you select to allow them to substitute.

Their flower arrangement is very creative and beautiful. We would recommend them highly to anyone and to top it off, it was a most fun experience, very pleasant staff!

BEST FLOWER SHOP IN NOVI!: The service is great and the arrangements are always perfect. I wouldn't buy flowers anywhere else in this city.
