The problem was squirrels in the attic. The firm implemented the wrong solution and then tried to pin the blame on the customer! Unacceptably low quality work. Not responsive - failed to return calls. Poor service. Expensive - including charging for travel time when already working in the same neighborhood. Tried to upsell and obtain more work when deficiencies were pointed out. Will be lodging a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.
