Dental Implants
A dental computed tomography (CT) scan is used to capture 3-D images of teeth, bone, nerves, and other soft tissue. The CT scan allows for more views and angles of the mouth than a traditional 2-D image, which then allows for more accurate treatment planning. Our office uses the CT machine for dental implant placement, determining bone structure, viewing the orientation of teeth, and for other procedures as needed.

Braces
This is a procedure in which the dentist will remove an extremely small amount of dental enamel to make teeth more attractive. Reshaping of teeth can correct slightly crooked or chipped teeth or shorten long teeth. Insurance does not typically cover the cost but the procedure is usually much less than other cosmetic procedures, depending on how much work is completed. Additionally, reshaping of teeth is usually pain free and requires no anesthetic, and it can be completed in just one visit.
