DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Worst experience! They completely messed up my tires on my Hyundai! BEWARE!

I went to Sears Auto Center to have a Die Hard Gold battery installed in my car today. First I waited 10 minutes in their empty auto retail sales area looking for someone to help me. The place was completely empty for 10 minutes. Someone finally noticed me and went to find help. They guy checks me in and said it'll be an hour wait, even though I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Oh well. So I waited a little over an hour in the waiting area for my car to get service. I see one guy start messing with my car and I'm thinking, cool, they're finally getting started. Then I notice 3 "mechanics" circling my car, and I'm thinking to myself, "Are these morons trying to locate the battery? " Sure enough, one of the "mechanics" came up to me and said they couldn't find the battery. I told him were it was, then he came back and said they didn't know how to replace it. I told the "mechanic" how to do it since I had looked it up online and he said he would give it another try. B.S.! He came right back and said they wouldn't do it. Seriously, 3 "mechanics" and none of them know how to replace a battery?!! It's one of the most basic things to do on a car. It's not that complicated. I would have bought the battery and done it myself but they said it would be $30 to install, so I figured I'd save myself the hassle. After they moron said he didn't know how to do it, I thought about just picking it up and doing it at home, but I wasn't about to give them business after that B.S. I'm not sure if it was just stupidity or laziness on their part. I guess they get paid either way. Well, I won't be going back to Sears Auto Center, or any Sears period. I'm ticked off that they wasted so much of my time for nothing. Gee, I wonder why the place is going out of business.

Call u 2hrs later to let you know that they cannot do the maintenance because they don't have the right supplies and that their equipment broke..... Wth.
