        Overall

        DO NOT BUY A MOBILE HOME FROM THE OWNER OF THIS PARK! My wife and I never missed a payment, we paid off our home in June 2013, now it's April 2014 and Al the owner still won't give us the title. We have talked to him both by phone and in person, and its one one excuse after another. Now it looks like we will have to sue him to get the title. If I could give a lower rating then one star I would
