Fairway Construction

No foreman on site ever. Workers are unsupervised and disaster occurs every week. I have been contracted to work for fairway twice now. No material on job when promised. I see the frustration on all the customers faces that i have been in contact with. My last check from fairway bounced because the customers are refusing to pay until the work has been fixed. I want all future customers to beware, when a contractor is borrowing from one customer to pay for another job it never ends well
