Very condescending attitudes, the staff is not friendly at all!! Went in on Sunday and the time limit is 15 minutes to try clothes on! The clothes in there are very expensive! I will not be going back!

I usually like to support local business in communities because more often than not, the merchants have a vested interest in the town and the customers they serve and obviously rely upon for success. And, this interest is usually reflected in the quality, uniqueness of product, and CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. This local Oak Park Business FILONI clearly DOES NOT ascribe to this model of a good business.The owner sells faulty merchandise and does zero to rectify an unsatisfactory product or offer any kind customer service, satisfaction, or just a plain "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". In, fact in our experience she was quite a smart alec and told us to take our complaint to our credit card company then acted as though she was inconvenienced for having to come in and talk to an unsatisfied customer. In any kind of economic climate, that is not good business. Please do not shop or support Filoni. A much nicer local business to shop is just a few doors down called Botanica!
