S & B Landscaping

They are contracted with my condo for the last two years to take care of our grounds. Two years in a row, they have failed to complete their assignment for fall clean-up. They raked up leaves for 2/3s of this complex and left the other units a mess with leaves thru the winter. Who would want their yard left unfinished?
