T J's Pizza

I purchased a large meatball penne vodka pizza it was last order of the night. I was absolutely shocked at this delivery I received after waiting an hour & a half, see pictures, I can't believe that this pizza was allowed to be delivered to a paying customer. More than half the pie was inedible due to the severe black burntness. I have never received any delivery from them like this before, I am extremely upset and unhappy and surprised that they would actually let this leave the store in this condition. I contacted Timothy Deaver/Company Manager to inform him of this and sent him the pictures that very night, because when I immediately called the store no one answered. He promised me someone would contact me from the store and he would send me coupons also. I never got a call nor any coupons and since then Mr. Deaver ignores my emails. It is a shame they didn't even have the decency to rectify this. I think they need better management and customer care!

Food's good but everytime we order, they tell us 30-45 mins for delivery. They don't show up til 1 hour 10 mins+ later
