Tropicial Illusions

I use to religiously use this tanning salon and then I had a baby and wasn't a regular. When I started back up on my tan I bought 5 single sessions so they wouldn't expire like a month to month package would. Well I got to use 3 of my sessions and just got too busy to stop in But II wasn't worried about losing my sessions because they aren't suppose to expire. Well when I got time to stop in I did. Gave my name and she says I have No sessions left. Whatttt??? How could that be? She says sorry she can't see my two sessions I prepaid for?! I left and will not be back.

Owners are the most friendly and ready to help. New remodel of place looks great and super clean a plesure to stop at.
