Hello, my name is Dr. Jay Victor Wortzel. For over 30 years, I have been practicing medicine at my office on Monmouth Road in Oakhurst, New.Jersey. The name of the practice is Immediate Medical Services. If you have an urgent problem, you might need to get to a hospital fast! Thankfully, most urgencies are not big or life-threatening.
