A Bay Area Vital Link Inc.

After ordering on the internet, I received the Vital Link the next day. My father was due home from the hospital and I couldn't be with him every minute. By having this unit in his home, it gave me the freedom to run errands and leave my dad alone, knowing that with just a push of a button, he can call for help and the company would call me on my cell and I could come right home and help him. Unfortunately, my dad needed help the 3rd day home when he fell trying to go into the kitchen. Fortunately, I was close by and able to get home to help but the monitoring center told me that they could have sent someone if I was not available. Just knowing that he can access help so easily has made me time as his caregiver so much easier.



Everyone from Vital Link that I have personally spoken to has been so helpful and they really seem to be there to make our lives better. I highly recommend this company.
