Frankie is the â??go toâ?? financial manager, not only her tax clients but her many insurance clients as well. Frankie has also worked as a Notary Public for over 20 years. Frankie Edwards Enterprises provides auto, home, and commercial insurance to all of California, including Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, & Richmond.
