        Don cuco es muy attento y muy amable. Yo tenia muchos papeles que nesesitaban ser notarizados y no sabia que era lo que tenia que hacer. Cuco (Refugio) se tomo el tiempo para explicarme lo que tenia que hacer. Recomiendo sus servicios. El es paisano y habla espanol.

        This is the best mobile notary is the Bay Area. I work for a non-profit that provides services to the LGBT community and I'm always needing notary services. This mobile notary is always available. They usually show up at my office within 20 min. All my encounters with the owner were positive. He is super friendly, respectful, and professional.

        Mr. Refugio provided me with excellent costumer service. Most mobile notaries have limited knowledge about law implications when notarizing certain legal documents. Mr. Refugio demonstrated strong sense of ethics and professional boundaries.
