Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.

I own a small design & promotional products company and we put together a small 12-piece order for a friend. We decided to use a local vendor, because that's a good thing, right? They sure accepted the order no problem then gave nothing but attitude and arrogance during the entire job. The website clearly lists the address as 4750 - but guess what - it's not! Surprise! You have to guess it's the next warehouse bay over because they don't have any signage up. When I pointed out that it was hard to find the place the idiot I dealt with tells me 'I have a lot of bays, I'm not changing it for someone who orders 10 shirts' - real nice. This is the thank you for supporting local business. Never mind my next order could be 10,000 pieces. You have lost a very vocal customer. It's a small world, word gets around.
