I have never used the pawn services at Mr. Cash Pawn in Oakland but I am a firearms customer. Their prices are excellent. Much lower than any gun shop in Memphis. You can check out their prices at BangBangGuns.com, order your firearm on line and do the ATF paperwork when you pick it up. Doesn't get any better than that. I just purchased a Kahr CW45 for $85.00 less than the list price at Guns & Ammo on Summer. If you are a shooter you need to check these folks out on your next firearms purchase. The service is good as well, and I don't have to drive into Memphis!
