Great Job

Curtis just left after doing 6 weeks of trapping and sealing. He's very personable, punctual and most importantly - thorough. It's rare these days that you get someone who just does the job, complete and without any added charges etc. At first, my husband and I thought the fee was high, not knowing what these type of things cost, but seeing everything that he did and his level of knowledge and skill dealing with rodents, we felt like he didn't charge us enough. He went in our attic, under our house, sealed up openings we would have never known existed. Thanks for caring so much about the job that you do, we look forward to living rodent free!

We have used the services provided by C&T at both our home and office for years now. The original problem was handled immediately and we've not experienced any new problems since we have continued with the regular maintenance C&T performs. They always keep us updated on any concerns they find and are always friendly and accomodating to our needs.

We had a rat problem in our attic and after calling other companies that charged a fee to do the estimate, C&T Rodent Control came out to our house and gave us a free estimate. Curtis was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Curtis did a great job getting rid of the rats and gave us a 12 month guarantee of the work he did that they will not be back. Their fees were very reasonable! They also worked around our 18 month old's nap schedule. I am happy to report the rats have not came back! I would not hesitate to recommend C&T Rodent Control to my friends and family.

I have had squirrel and rat problems in my attic and house for sometime. Have used other pest control companies and felt they took advantage of you and did not do a thorough job.

Curtis comes out and does a thorough evaluation, gives you an honest assessment and quote, and keeps coming back until the job is done. Very thorough, complete, nice to work with, and got rid of the pests. I highly recommend them!

We own two homes and we use C & T for both for yard spray and rodent control. Our home in Moraga has an annual mole problem and C & T were the only ones who successfully eliminated the mole problem. Their service is first rate and they are very responsive. When we purchased a second home in Brentwood, we called on C & T immediately. Excellent rates for the value received. Lets face it. You live on the edge of open space and have fruit trees and a garden, you are going to attract rats. Over the years I have used the services of a couple of rat control companies. Frankly if the first one had done the job right I wouldnt have needed the second. Luckily the 3rd company I called was C&T. Wish I would have called them first. Eliminating rats is pretty straight forward. You set traps, figure out how they are getting in (in this case under my house) and plug up how they are getting in.

The difference with C&T versus the other companies is that they just do the job better with greater attention. Rats are pretty smart critters and are remarkably clever when it comes to maintaining a comfortable place to call home. Curtis, the C in C & T, was very diligent in figuring out how they were getting in. The other companies would shoot spray foam into what they thought were the entry places. Curtis patched the areas with concrete and wire mesh.

And to top it off, after being sure that he had properly secured the foundation, Curtis then cleaned up any sign that the rats had been there. This included replacing insulation and vacuuming the effected areas.

All in all a job very well done.

I highly recommend C&T. They did what they said they they would do when they said they would do it and did not disappoint.
