Goodwill Stores

Today, I visited our local Goodwill in Oakwood, Ga. I found 2 items (1 pair of curtains and 1 square blanket), neither had price tags...an employee told me to take them to a register and the manager would price items. I did, but the young brearded manager gave price to cashier and sneered at me mumbling in my ear something like "I did it this time but I won't do this again." What in the world was he talking about? I thought this was part of his job. I'm in this store at least once every 2 weeks and donate often. This is a new manager and should be placed where he has NO authority....He overstepped his boundaries with me and will do same with other customers.

This store is a joke to Goodwill industries. They have some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered but on the other hand some of them are very helpful and friendly. The manager at this location is very unfriendly and not professional at all. I think Goodwill should look into management at this location,

I was told by cashier who was texting on her phone that drinks are not allowed in the store as two other customers walked out the door with drinks in their hands. spoke with manager about the roots service he was on concerned even as another employee walked right by us with a drink in his hand. counter cashier who overheard the conversation with the manager still there and rolled her eyes at me. unprofessional and discourteous store will never spend another dime at this goodwill.they act as if they do not care.
