The secretary for the Public Defender for Joshua is also very rude, and this needs to be addressed, she lacks maturity skills to be in her position, dealing with people and their pain when they have loved ones in jail

I called to get information on how to handle problems I was encountering with a case of my husbands. The man who answered was very rude, would not help me at all, would not transfer me to someone that woud, and hung up on me. I hope you never have any problems!!!!
