Overall

We have been to this restaurant many times. I have never witnessed any rudeness on any ones part, from the employees to the owner. We have received very good service every time. Everything I have eaten has been great. My husband loves the thin crust pizza but the Fish and Chips are very good too. Coming from Wisconsin we are used to going out every Friday night for fish. The fish at Roma's is the best we have found in this area.

Ok I am going to break my rule: if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. I have been on a quest to search out restaurants that will accommodate Alana's gluten free diet.. Well I found one and I was happy. It was Roma's Italian restaurant on Hwy 27 west of I 75. Ok they had a good gluten free pizza and they had pasta that was corn. Taste wise it was ok. Overpriced on the pasta a tad. You don't get to pick your kind of pasta you get what they have and there is a $3.00 upcharge on it. Ok, I'm still ok. So we get three meals with drinks and I added a pizza so we could try it. This for lunch. Drinks were 1.95 a piece. As we were paying I asked for a to go cup. That's when it got ugly.. They said no. I was flabbergasted. I said you are kidding me.

We had lunch with a 55 dollar bill and you can't give me one cup to go. She said sheepishly I'll ask. You could tell if wasn't something she agreed with..

Well the owner comes to our table and proceeds to school me on the fact that he can't do that because everyone would want one and that costs too much money. I couldn't believe it. I told him are you kidding me, I just spent 55 dollars in here and you are going to tell me this. Well I got my drink, but I am not going back there. What an A......! That cup may have cost 50 cents but probably cost like 10 cents. What an idiot!

I have to admit that when it first opened I wasn't a big fan. I have been back many times since and the service and food are wonderful. I haven't had a bad meal there.

I could not believe the service or how badly you are treated at this restaurant. I order a 12" Philly cheese steak sub with onion. peppers. and mushrooms, when the sandwich finally came all it had was very little meat and some cheese, so i finally got my fix-ens and when i put it all on the sandwich it had no taste so i ask the waitress for some garlic hoping that would help this sandwich and nope still had no taste so i called her over and said i'm sorry i don't want to be a pain but could i please get some mayonnaise this sandwich is 1 of the worst i have ever tasted, she gets me some then out comes the little short Italian owner asking me what was wrong with the sandwich, i told him it has no taste and he starts yelling you got peppers and onions and i said yes i know but it still has no taste then he yells and tells me to pay for it and get out of the restaurant and never come back that im a miserable person, i said no your sandwich sucked and you don't wanna do nothing he said your gonna pay and never come back and i said you do not have to worry i wont come back needless to say this went on for 20 minutes, what ever happen to the customer always being right? Mind you i left most of the sandwich there it wasn't as if i ate it then complained!! My best advice is never go there!!

The absolute worst. Not only ...

The absolute worst. Not only was the food poor, but the service was less than substandard. The old, short pizza maker did nothing but scream and swear at all the employees. If I were his boss, I'd fire him on the spot. The plate my pasta was served on was cracked, the pasta was swimming in water (ever drain your pasta??), and it had no taste. There were flies buzzing our meal. It was appalling.
