Terrible customer service. Lady nice and does good job, the man is often rude and is not at all gentle. Service ok sometimes, terrible other times

Horrible experience!!! The owners were the only people working I have been going there several months. A very nice man in the third chair normally does my nails. I needed a fill and a polish change. I had two broken nails I requested tips on. All of my nails are different lengths. The polish was old and so thinned out it never dried. I asked the man to redo it with a new polish and he was rude. Finally his wife redid it. They over charged me. It should have been 28 and I was charged 30. I was there for 2 hours and thirty minutes. Not once did they say sorry for the trouble with the polish . To make mattered worse when I left neither said good bye or thank you. My nail smudged before I got in my car and I had waited an additional fifteen minutes to let the polish dry. I go every week for polish changes in the summer and bring my mom or a friend. It is their loss. You should never treat people like they don't matter. I was the only one in the shop for an hour and now I know why.

Clean, reasonable, fast. TV for your viewing. Walk-in's or appointment. Family run business. They do everything nails, waxing, pedicures, gels, acrylics. You won't be disappointed.

Don't waste your time or hard earned cash!!

Not sure who waited on the other customer who gave five stars, but they must not have been working the day I went in.

Customer service was extremely poor, I was very rushed (even with an appointment). I got a pedicure and the polish on the big toe got smeared. When I said something, the employee wiped the polish off of the skin on my toe but did not fix the toe polish until something was said again. Very strange. To top it off, I was left with my hands soaking before a manicure only to have the employee bolt to a man getting a pedicure.

P.S. Zero stars was not permitted, so I had to give it one.

Best pedicure in town (and I used to be in the business!) I highly recommend Rose Nails.
