Hey Mary so glad that after multiple attempts to have my taxes completed due to an extension (I work all over the country) via email and phone have gone unnoticed. Your lackadaisical approach has given me the opportunity to use someone else. Was looking forward to working with you again - however it seems that you have abandoned your patrons.
