        I went somewhere else and had my eyebrows done and i hated them i got them done on Friday i was at Felicia getting them fix on Monday it was a process, but she fixed them and i love them, i wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

        Felicia is the most talented makeup Artist!! She did my eyeliner 6 yrs ago and I love them!! I get the most completments on them and I LOVE not having to apply eyeliner everyday. Thanks so much!!!!

        warning do not use this person!!!!!!

        I used felicia philpots for my permanent makeup & it was the biggest mistake of my life!!!! I got a horrible infection & my eyes now look crooked without putting more makeup on every day to cover her mistake

        I have a permanent makeup artist that is trying to smear my name and she is probably the one posting this accusation. I have been in business for 17 yrs and stand by my work. I will fix or take care of anything that the client is unhappy with, without charge. If she was so unhappy all she had to do is call me and it would be taken care of. Why didn't she post her name?
