Econo Lube N' Tune

Don't go here. They're very unprofessional. I only went in for an oil change and they tried to rip me off because I'm a woman, and add on various things.

This is the worst service shop I have ever dealt with. Brought my car in for simple brake service to change rotors. Got rotors replaced, but shortly after, rear brake noise occured. Brought car back to shop and they stated this was different issue with rear brakes. If I bought the car in without this issue, work was done and issue starts, how can I believe this was not done by shop? Makes little sense. I strongly recommend that you never use this shop. I will never use Econo Lube again. I contacted Corporate Office and they did nothing to help inforce the warrently, listed as 12 months/ 12k miles. Horrible to deal with.

I was ripped off by two of the Econo Lube and Tunes in Oceanside and will never go back again, I went to the one on Coast Highway to get a smog check and they raised the price above what was posted on a sign outside the building, I went to the one off Highway 78 in Oceanside for several years for oil changes thinking I was getting proper service for my car, then discovered that they never refilled the fluids in my car as promised, because of that my car's engine was ruined and I was forced to buy another car. The people who run these shops are dishonest and I will never go back again, I suggest others heed my warning.
