Horrible experience. I was threatened and told they would find all the money I had and take it from me. I was forced to set up a payment plan that I told them I could not afford and was told the money better be in the account on the date they picked out and that they couldn't understand why I refused to work with them. I wasn't refusing I wanted my payment option to be realistic. She told me that I didn't understand how to pay my bills and that I don't know anything about how credit works. What is wrong with these people. Don't do business here, find a place that is willing to help people.
