        I called Mister Sparky because I needed an outlet checked. The phone representative was so attentive and appreciative of my call that I honestly couldn't believe it. She told me that they had 3 hour windows available. If they did not arrive within that 3 hour window my call would be free!!! Remarkable...I only had to wait a maximum of 3 hrs and they actually called me when the were on there way. The gentleman showed up in uniform, with a big smile, "how can I help you?", he then proceeded to put shoe covers over his boots. Disbelief, I stood there for a moment because I was so taken aback. He did a fantastic job and I didn't even have to clean up after him. He vaccuumed up his own mess!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are fabulous and has made me realize that quality and workmanship are not dead.
