Kane's Furniture

The people who work at this store - specifically Keith in sales and Anita in customer service, are horrible people. Keith will lie to you about anything just to get you to spend more money to up his commission, and Anita will basically tell you oh well when you call to complain. Their business practices are disgusting. I will NEVER do business with this shady establishment ever again.

Me and my wife went to buy sofa from Kane's ocoee. We felt the salesman are too pushy to sale their stuff and people at the counter can't even say hi. we bought the stuff but Will not go again there .

Kanes furniture is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a couch in January, it wasn't delivered until later March...it then broke (the seat broke)..they refused to repair or replace, citing customer abuse, which the manager determined from viewing photographs and seeing stains on the couch. The 'FRAME BROKE' on the couch and they wouldn't replace it...they are incredibly rude and will not talk to you directly unless you walk into the store. They will not answer the phone when you call, they will simply make you deal with answering machines..I am reporting them to the BBB and contacting a lawyer...Incidently, my co-worker had a similar experience with these clowns..I only clicked 1 star because you can't proceed without clicking at least one...I hope this company is buried by rooms to go ( a good company in my experience)

I had to write to compliment the service I received at the store from the kanes sales rep. I came into the store and she greeted me with a big smile and asked if she could assist. I explained what I had in mind, I never expected to find it, and she led me right to it. I fell in love with it right away. I placed my order and I just received it on 6/25. The delivery men were courteous and polite on time and neat. Very professional. I will certainly pass on my wonderful experience that I had with her. She is a keeper. My thanks to her and your store.

"True" customer service can only be shown when a "problem" arises. Otherwise, there is no basis for the statement "good customer service". Your staff came through with flying colors and it was much appreciated. Excellent follow-up. I was a *real* person with a "sofa" dilemma. I can't say enough but be sure that the people I came in contact with will hear my praises about Kan'es furniture and more importantly, your staff.

I'm a customer of Kane's Furniture in Ocoee, FL.

The sales associates were very helpfulel, and not too pushy with me and my boyfriend. When we were shopping for our new apartment we needed to furnish the whole place. It was a very good selection and also the furniture is very durable. As a very picky shopper, they gave us what we were looking for, all under one roof which made it a pleasure.
