Terrible customer service. I called twice to inquire about 3.5" OD pipe availability on hand since it's quite a drive for me and was told twice they would check and call me back and days went by and they never called. The third time I called I explained to the gentleman who answered that I had not received a phone call and this was my third attempt and he rudely told me he didn't have any of that pipe and never said another word. I finally thanked him and hung up. He obviously just wanted me off the phone and didn't want to be bothered by my business. Not a place I want to deal with!
