One of the worst body shops around. Didn't do half of what was promised, had to bring my vehicle back since it wasn't fixed right the first time, and they went way past their schedule both times. On top of that, they were extremely rude and not at all concerned with my satisfaction.

Talk about great customer service. I called a couple of other body shops here in town. One didn’t even bother for me to tell her what I needed done for my truck, she told me right away that they couldn’t get me in for another 2 months and the other one same story, horrible customer service. After those 2 phone calls I decided to call Dugan’s body shop, I was expecting the worst by then, but to my surprise the lady that answer the phone was so nice and attentive to my needs. She told me right away to bring the truck in at my convenience during their business hours. A couple of hours later, a gentleman by the name of Brian called me and explain to me the process and how they are going about fixing my truck. It is so hard to find good customer service now days, but I can assure you at Dugan’s body shop they know how to do it. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family

This must be the best body shop in the odessa midland area. The service was above what was expected. Colby and everyone at the shop was great. The quality of there work was perfect, time for repair was unbelievable fast. If you want the best for your repairs go to dugans they cant be beat in the odessa midland area
