Iggy's Sports Grill

Me and a work party recieved the worst service here. We have been here before and had a great time and have never had any trouble at all with service, but this experience ruined it for us. We arrived and were seated immeadiately and our waitress seemed very nice and very friendly. After about 40 minutes of waiting another party beside us who was seated about 25 minutes after our order was taken recieved thier food. She argued that we had not been waiting long at all but told us our food would be ready any minute. After about another 15 minutes we asked our waitress to please bag our food because we were already late to be back at work ( we receive an hour lunch break at our company which is located 1 block from the restaurant.) She said no problem and then another 10 or 15 minutes later we were still waiting for our food. We asked for the manager and the waitress and manager (his name is Rob) came to our table and proceeded to argue with us about our wait time. He was very rude and argued about our complaint and then asked very rudely "Well what would like for me to do about i?" I told him he has done enough by arguing and we left. When we got back to work and started eating at our desks our food was cold which is funny because we waited so long for it to be done. I didn't think burgers at a sports bar and grilled would be so hard to cook.
