Mirador Apartments .washer don't work people just steel anything that is not nail down, Management don't give a crape about the building nothing works employees don't speak English rate this place a 0 ,And if you want to loose all your money just move in here .A BIG JOKE .people in the upper floor have guest that hang outside and smoke dope ,

Avoid moving in here. I was charged for damages that were normal wear and tear $100 to refinish a countertop and $95 for the bathtub. I spoke with numerous other residents that moved out and all were charged the same fees. Stay away unless you like burning money.

While there were a few minor problems with the apartment itself which were fixed, I really enjoyed my time here. Vicky is really nice and maintenance got things fixed pretty quickly. I never had problem and it s located right by the University. The grounds were nice. I recommend living there. The commute to down town is great! It s close enough we can get almost anywhere in the valley in about 15-20 minutes
