Whenever you have a question, problem or a complaint about your gas service or bill please call us. It is the fastest method of communicating with us to resolve any problems you may have. Our representatives are dedicated to providing you with a fair and prompt response to your call. For gas emergencies, call: 1-800-444-3130, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers with hearing or speech difficulties: Electronic display (TTY or teletypewriter) at 7-1-1. Please note: You will need to provide the relay operator with the gas emergencies phone number provided above. (NFR) markets natural gas to industrial, wholesale, commercial, public authority and residential customers primarily in western and central New York and northwestern Pennsylvania, offering competitively priced natural gas for its customers. Pipeline and Storage - National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation provides interstate natural gas transmission and storage for affiliated and nonaffiliated companies through an integrated gas pipeline system that extends over 2,300 miles from southwestern Pennsylvania to the New York-Canadian border at the Niagara River. Empire Pipeline, Inc. provides interstate natural gas transmission services for affiliated and nonaffiliated companies through a high-pressure gas pipeline system that extends throughout Western and Central New York, over 245 miles from the New York-Canadian border at the Niagara River to interconnections with the Millennium Pipeline near Corning, NY and Marcellus Shale producers in North-Central Pennsylvania, and east to the Syracuse, NY area. Empire delivers gas to other interstate pipelines, large manufacturing facilities, local gas utilities and electric generation plants that are located along its pipeline. These local gas utilities and electric generators rely on this delivered natural gas to dependably provide energy to over 1 million consumers. More Gathering - National Fuel Gas Midstream Corporation's primary business is to build, own and operate natural gas processing and pipeline gathering facilities in the Appalachian region. Exploration and Production - Seneca Resources explores for, develops and produces natural gas and oil reserves in California and Appalachia, including the Marcellus Shale.
