Alouette

Purse police issue right off the bat, not hello or welcome or anything. I tell the gal what I am looking for and she doesn't know her product inventory. Fin as lo g I find 2 beads I want at the top of a strand and she said I could not have them because I have to buy the 2 beads on the bottom of the strand and I would have to purchase a minimum of 4 beads that are not the color I wanted. Then she had the nerve to ask if I had $$$ to pay for them! I don't know how they make enough money to keep the lights on. I will not go back and will tell everyone to not buy from this business.......Poor service, plus I was the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE!!! No stars

I needed items for an upcoming show and I decided to keep my dollars local and return to this shop. After I had been in the shop a few minutes, a woman interrupted my shopping (next to an employee stocking) to tell me I had to lock up my small Coach purse due to their new policy against big purses. I didn't think anything of it, until the customer beside me said she didn't know and she should lock hers up too..so I was singled out and that made me leave. There was no sign on the door saying no purses and the employee told me most people are happy they don't have to carry their purse but really it was just rude. I will not be back.

This is a wonderful place, all kinds of findings and beads at reasonable prices.

Have been using this beadery for 7 or 8 years. Can't beat the selection or the customer service. Such helpful, well trained staff always willing to answer questions or order what you're looking for if they don't have it.

Beads and stones aren't in that great of condition, a lot of chips and flaws. Thought I'd find something Michael's or Hobby Lobby didn't carry. When I did, it was overpriced and not in good condition. I will not shop there again.
