I love this place. I'm able to stay at a fair price with my furbabies and enjoy all the amenities they have to offer. However maid service could learn not to enter my room while the DO NOT DISTURB sign is on the door & I'm I'm the shower.

We only got to swim for an hour because the indoor pool closed early. When I checked in, I specifically asked about the indoor pool to make sure it was open. The clerk said yes and never mentioned that it would be closing early. My kids were so disappointed that they didn't get to swim longer. I looked specifically for a hotel with an indoor pool so they could swim to their hearts content. I went to the front desk, asking her why she didn't tell me it would be closed when I specifically asked her about the pool and she said "it's closed because of the event in the adjoining room, we posted signs all over the hotel letting guests know". Well, I didn't see any signs when I first came into the hotel, and she didn't mention it when I specifically asked about the pool. Second, when we turned on the tv it didn't work. Again, I had to contact the front desk, who said they would send someone up ASAP. An hour later still no one had come. I asked to be switched to another room and she said they didn't have anything else available. So almost 2 hours (and several calls to the front desk) after I initially told them about the tv, maintenance shows up, and states the obvious "this room needs a new tv". Another 1 1/2 later (after we're in bed), I hear a knock at the door, it was maintenance with a different tv - really at 11:30 p.m, 3 1/2 hours after we first told them about the tv, they finally get it fixed (and wake me up!). So we spent most of our stay in our room doing nothing because the pool was closed, and we had no tv to watch. I complained and asked to be switched to a different room more than once, and the front desk staff were unapologetic and kind of rude about the matter; they said they were extremely busy. I thought for that price it would be a nice stay with amenities we were looking for. Not so, and I regret not spending a little more to stay at the Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, or similar hotel. But instead, I paid $80 plus tax, got to use the pool for only an hour and didn't get to unwind and relax watching a movie. Oh yeah, and none of the ice makers worked (and I tried several). Also carpets were filthy, hotel was old and musty, the halls stunk, our room stunk (seriously in one spot in smelled like puke or spoiled milk). The WI-FI sucked and couldn't even stream a netflix movie on my laptop. The hotel was not secured, the outside doors don't have locks so anyone can walk in. This hotel stay was worth no more than $45. Seriously people, if you're going to spend $80+ tax, look into other hotels in the area.

there sign says 199.99 weekly rates, but if your oklahoma city that discount doesnt count, it would be 350 dollars for okc locals and 199.99 for folks from out of state - false advertisement and prejudice - the biltmore sucks...

My husband and I had to make an emergency trip to OKC when his brother ended up in the ICU. We didn't have time to make arrangements for our Aussie, so we had to find a place that accepted pets. It has been our experience in the past that hotels that take pets (and they're not easy to find) put a premium on the favor...like an additional $75 "non-refundable deposit" (what does that mean, anyway?!).
The Biltmore takes pets without charging through the nose. And they have a four acre walking area. Our experience with the staff couldn't be beat! It's not elegant, but it certainly served our needs without any hassle.

A good buy for the money. Room service fare is elegant, reasonable and delicious! Yes, the rooms are a bit worn, and there is no "like new" smell to them...but we have always enjoyed our stay here. The staff is courteous and helpful. Close to almost everything.

All I have to say is that I walked in and it smelled like someone peed in a humidifier and left it on for 3 and a half hours. GREAT BUY!!!
