Dino's Custom Canvas

Dino has taken care making and installing canvas awnings at my home. Also, he has done work at my company. He is very professional. He listens to what you are wanting and works with you. He is timely and the work he produces is perfect.

I've never had any problems with this company, Dino has taken care of my awnings for 10+years.Dino's custom canvas is a very family oriented, professional business. Sounds like previous customer was having a bad day. Thank you Dino for your many years of excellence.

HORRIBLE!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! Too bad can't give zero stars here. Dino lied and kept changing what he stated about repairing my awning. He would NEVER fax over a contract, as I and another family member requested and as he said he would. He came over three times. first time to look at and give estimate. Then he said better to restitch everything instead of repairing damaged area and added to the cost. Fine. Or, also quoted 1000 to replace new. But then, said he needed to come out again to take another look?? Asked why and said he didn't measure. What??? That should hv been first red flag. Then price for new went to 1800, almost dbl fr original estimate.

Decided to go w/ repair instead of replace and as we originally discussed. Gave day and sd he wld come by to take down old awning and wld fax contract over. Dino was a NO SHOW and also no fax.. Later sd he called family member and was there at house. Family member NEVER got his call and he left NO msg, also never sd anyone needed to be hm for him to remove outside awning when stated day [no time) that would come out to do that.

Talked to fam member who requested contract and he said would fax. Asked for it that day n he said would be Mon or Tues. I called him Tues. b/c still no contract(apologized n stated was busy) he said wld come over to meet up next day and I can sign contract. Shows up at doorstep today acting strange and with another person, and then states he's not going to do the repair. I had to drop things n meet @ house for this?? Said wld be harder to take down than he thought, b/c this was a different style that didn't hv a particular sliding bracket. I was more than upset at that point for dealing with his countless times of misinformation and contradictions. Probably wanted to either get more money than what he stated or not repair, but rather replace, which also equals more money. Told him about his contradictions, unprofessionalism, and wasting of customer's time and he finally left.

Took time in posting here to hopefully save someone else. You can't make this kind of stuff up and don't be fooled by his “many years“ of experience, either. Hopefully if you read this, Dino, you can know how poorly you treated your customer and know that there are

others out there who won't go down that road with you, as I unfortunately did, and after hearing of such a bad experience with you and your business.
