The ElmTree System was developed by engineers and developers of Standard Testing and Engineering Company, which has been in business over 65 years. The ElmTree standard reports have been reviewed and approved for compliance with appropriate standards through accreditation reviews by the AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP), the International Accreditation Services (IAS) program, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers validation program.
