I have dealt with this company for 2 of my other vehicles and they were aweome but this last time was awful. First of all Antonio was not professional at all he was more concerned about his phone and all the other workers in there I waited for over an hour to sign my paper work and come to find out it had been ready way before he just wasn’t paying attention when John fish told him it was ready to sign and then he told me he could push my 1st payment out to August 24th and then I get a call today August 14th that my payment is late it was due the 11th so I argued with this lady in finance about what I was told and then I go look at my contract and sure enough he put the 11th but sat there and told me the 24th so I rearranged all my other bills to where I would be starting my first payment and now I’m screwed if u go here To purchase a car do not go to Antonio and make sure u read everything that was my fault don’t take their word for it

I have a debt showing on my credit report that says I own money on a vehicle I voluntarily gave back to the Key in April 2015.I have been promised 5 call backs (3 from agents, one from a supervisor, and one from the supervisors supervisor) and NO ONE ever called me back. NO ONE can find my account information. I have been referred to their Lawyer twice who doesn’t have my account information.They finally found information on the balance I owe, not what my credit report shows. I NEVER received information saying I owe the debt. I came across it on my credit report.After finally getting them to agree to let me pay 500 per month until it is paid off, they are refusing to provide me an account summary and something saying I am paying the debt.“They are not legally obligated” I was told.I was told that they will have to get with the VP of the Key to approve summary to be sent to me and also to see how they are going to accept my payments. Still have no response or resolution after 2 weeks.

I have tried to contact or leave message for management of Key finance with no luck. I called many times to explain the cost and trouble I have been having with no assistance given. At time of being only two weeks late with payment due to car not running and expenses and losing time at work,I have been harrassed by one of the people who answers Auto finance when I call.They have called my friends and family and embarrassed me even though I have contacted them many times in recent month.I have health problems and this has made me more ill. I want them to come and get the car!! They should want to, now I have got it running!!!!

I WAS SCREWED KEY FALSELY CLAIMED Icommentedsuicid and husband was shoot in the head parted out the car I as buying I was nt late on my paymentsInAMatter of 3 wks said they were unable to contact me .I called and talk to them they lead me to believe I would get my car fixed or be replaced 3months of payments 469./ 500 down /700. I Tagged.liters I guess I came back from Hell crooks.

This place is all about making money. If they see you desperate and with lack of knowledge they WILL take advantage of you. The sales representatives are trained to rip you off. Be careful and seek legal advice if you purchased a car with them.

So after all the crap you have to go thru to even test drive a vehicle , which is crazy all on it's own, we finally get through all that and test drive the vehicle I liked. We approved for 33,000 and the one I liked was 30,000. So we get back from our test drive and set down to discuss payment, sign paperwork etc... The saleswoman looks at is and says the payment will be $750 monthly!!! What? Are you kidding? This is a joke right? So she says well it's a new car, a 30,000 dollar vehicle. Ummm no it's not "new" it's a 2013 with 20,000+ miles. But even if it was new, $750 a month is ridiculous! Crazy! And I'm not paying that. My daughter bought a brand new car last year with payments of $319. No way I'm paying $750! And the vehicles price was about $6000 over average prices I had been looking at. I've since. Found out that all their vehicles are anywhere from $4000 to $10,000 over, they say it's because of the lifetime warranty?!? Yeah whatever! No wonder the owner can afford to build the largest family home in the United States, the break ground in Edmond next week, please read these reviews before you waste your time! Crazy place to buy a car!!

Me and my husband bought a car from here. Well in the May 20th tornado it was totaled and I was paying for the CPI cause it was suppose to cover the loan note ya right they said I still owe 3000 cause I did not buy another car from them. I can't believe they are trying to charge us and we had there insurance and ours. How do we still owe them. Never again will I go back to them I will walk first.

This place is a joke!! I bought a car from the years and years ago had it paid off in 1 1/2 years. I went back and wanted to get another vehicle drove it home for 3 days and took it back because antifreeze and water was leaking into the oil (pretty bad right) well they took it back no problem. I never even made a payment on it because i didnt have it long enough!! Now this was back in 07 its now 2013 and it is still an "open auto" on my credit report and so i called them and they said they turned it over to their lawyers. So tell me why it says on my credit report that my payments were made on time and i still owe 7500 on it... There was only 2000 paid on it in 6 years and I havent even had the vehicle!! Sounds kinda fishy to me!

Me and my husband came in, because of our daughter to look around,in minutes we had a new car. It was fast, friendly,and with 0 down , you can,t beat it. I been around the city for 33 yrs. and ever have I seem people that get you in an out and don't try to take your back within a week or two. When they tell you that this is it, they mean it. Love you GUYS
