        Jesse was great, he took care of my phone in about 30 minutes at a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again for repairs.

        This is a joke, right?

        Literally just called today to have my questions answered. Pretty sure the guy who answered had no experience in GOOD customer service. Answered the phone and my questions very rudely, talking to me if I was an idiot. On top of that, the apparent "service" for my phone's (samsung s3) cracked screen would be $200 plus signing a waiver saying that it is not guaranteed the phone will work?! What a joke! It is their JOB to make it work... hello Xpress Cellular repair. This place is ridiculous. Learn how better customer service at least this location. This place doesn't deserve a star.
